Due to issues experienced at an external network provider, Worldline observed as from 15.55 a progressive degradation on card authorizations for all payment methods.

As a recovery measure, Worldline ceased using the impacted network path and switched the traffic to an alternative network provider.
This addressed the perturbation and we can confirm that all systems are operating again within normal operating perimeters since 16h38.
